1. SHOPPING ON LINE

   www.panamericantrade.com, choose the catalogue of your interest, pick up the items of your preference, select size, color, style, quantity; then click on BUY NOW to add it to the shopping bag; to add more items, just click again on the catalogue of your interest. To finish order click CHECK OUT in the box My order and follow the steps.

   One of our representatives will contact you to verify the order, and also to proceed with Payment Instructions.

   Escoja el catálogo de su interés, elija los productos de su preferencia; seleccione talla, color, estilo, cantidad; luego clic en BUY NOW para añadir el producto a la bolsa de compras. Para agregar más productos, simplemente vuelva a hacer clic en el catálogo de su interés y haga lo mismo. Para finalizar el pedido de clic en CHECK OUT localizado al lado derecho en el recuadro My Order y siga los pasos.

   Uno de nuestros representantes le contactará para verificar su orden y proceder con las instrucciones de pago.

4. METHOD OF PAYMENT

   VISA MASTER CARD AMERICAN EXPRESS DEBIT CARD (at store) DIRECT DEPOSIT (To CIBC Bank account) E-MAIL TRANSFER MONEY ORDER CASH CHECK
   For backorders 50% must be paid at order confirmation, and 50% at delivery.
   Para pedidos por ordenar, el 50% debe ser pagado a la confirmación de la orden, y el otro 50% a la entrega de los productos.

5. DELIVERY TIME

   Items in stock Calgary (Disponibles en Calgary): 1 – 8 Business days within Canada 

   Backorders (Por ordenar):                                         2 – 4 Weeks within Canada

   Special orders:                                                            3 – 6 Weeks within Canada 

6. SHIPPING

   Out of Calgary Shipping charges must be added. We ship trough Canada Post and UPS.
   Fuera de Calgary se cobrarán los gastos de envío.

7. REFUND AND RETURN POLICIES

   Returns and refunds will be accepted only due to manufacturer defects within 10 days after delivery. The invoice must be submitted.
   Garments and products must be unworn and clean, with all labels attached. No exchange, refund or returns in any panty garments..
   Lingerie garments must be hand washed, and never go in a dryer.
   Washed and Dried instructions must be followed.

   Cambios y devoluciones solo se harán debido a defectos de fabricación dentro de los 10 días siguientes a la entrega, y deberán adjuntar la factura de compra. Las prendas y productos deberán estar limpios y no haber sido usados, con todas sus etiquetas adjuntas. No se hará ningún cambio o devolución en prendas que lleven panties. Las prendas intimas deben ser lavadas a mano y nunca ponerlas en la secadora. Instrucciones de secado y lavado deben ser seguidas.
